Order Tracker Documentation

Master your trading journal with our comprehensive guide.

1 Getting Started

When you first visit the Order Tracker, you'll be prompted to create a new log or upload an existing one.

  • Create New Log:

    Set your username, account currency, and initial balance. This creates a fresh session and automatically downloads a backup JSON file.

  • Upload Log:

    Restore your previous session by uploading your saved JSON file. All your trades and settings will be loaded instantly.

2 Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your trading performance.

Key Metrics

Track your Total Trades, Win Rate, Loss Rate, and Net Profit/Loss (P/L) at a glance.

Current Balance

Your account balance is automatically updated based on the realized profit/loss of your closed trades.

3 Managing Trades

New Order

Manually log a trade by entering the Symbol, Type (Buy/Sell), Lot Size, Entry Price, and Time. The system supports standard pairs like EUR/USD, XAU/USD, and Indices.

Closing Trades

Click on any active trade in the Database view to open its details. Use the "Close" button (or edit icon) to set the closing price. The system will automatically calculate your P/L in pips and currency based on real-world market values.

Bulk Import

Quickly import multiple trades using the text format: Key-Value | Key-Value. Useful for migrating from other journals.

4 Performance Analysis

Click the "Analyse" button to generate a detailed report of your trading habits.

  • Best/Worst Pair: Identify which assets you trade most successfully.
  • Time Analysis: Discover your most profitable hours and days of the week.
  • Session Analysis: See if you perform better in the Morning, Afternoon, or Night.
  • Strategy Review: Analyze which "Reasons for Entry" yield the highest win rate.
